IAI is a 2017 Dayton Business Journal Best Places to Work Honoree
BEAVERCREEK, OH – February 13, 2017 – The Dayton Business Journalhas named Integrity Applications Incorporated (IAI) as a 2017 honoree for their 13th annual Best Places to Work Awards. Individual category honorees were chosen based on an employee-survey process conducted by Quantum Workplace. Quantum surveys company employees based on staff engagement, team effectiveness, manager effectiveness and other workplace best-practices. Employee responses to 30 culture survey questions, along with the number of employees that respond to the survey, are calculated to determine the company’s overall score and ranking.
This is the second consecutive year that IAI has been recognized by The Dayton Business Journal as a Best Places to Work honoree. IAI is a finalist in the medium company category for employers of 50 to 199 people. Individual category winners will be named at an upcoming awards dinner on Thursday, March 23rd at the Ponitz Center at Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio.
