IAI Recognized as a DC Area Great Place to Work for Seventh Consecutive Time
CHANTILLY, VA – Integrity Applications Incorporated (IAI) announced today that the company has been named one of Washingtonian magazine’s 50 Great Places to Work for the seventh consecutive time in 2017. IAI has been included as one of Washingtonian’s 50 Great Places to Work feature since 2005. The feature dates back to 1999 and is published every other year. Among Washingtonian’s 50 winning workplaces, there are a mix of company sizes ranging from 10 to 80,000 employees as well as industries as diverse as the Washington DC area itself.
“We take tremendous pride in making Washingtonian’s 50 Great Places to Work list for the seventh consecutive time,” said David J. Dzaran, IAI’s President and Chief Executive Officer. “By focusing on what counts – our customers’ important missions and the high caliber people who support those missions – IAI delivers innovative solutions for our customers while also creating a highly supportive work environment that helps employees succeed personally and professionally.”
This year’s 50 winning workplaces were chosen on the basis of such measures as: generous pay and benefits, interesting and meaningful work, great work/life balance, opportunities to learn and grow, financial stability, commitment to charity and community, and the recognition and respect given to employees. Winners were chosen after a panel of editors reviewed nearly 200 companies and more than 8,000 employee surveys. The final determinations relied heavily on the scores given by a company’s employees.
As a high-performing company dedicated to its customers’ mission success, IAI strives to create and maintain a high quality work environment necessary to attract and retain the high quality talent. IAI offers employees top notch benefit choices as well as a variety of career development opportunities, training and tuition reimbursement. The company also offers a competitive compensation package, a company-matched 401(k) plan, flexibility and ample paid time off.
