    Geoff Pierce, PMP, CISSP

    Director, Commercial Security & Cyber Services; Chief Information Security Officer

    Geoff Pierce joined Centauri in 2005 where he led implementation of Centauri’s personnel security information management system and expanded Centauri’s Commercial Security business practice from personnel security to end-to-end security program services - personnel, facility, cyber, and technology control services. He has developed and matured proven, practical approaches to cybersecurity which have been scaled to support small, medium, and large businesses. In 2019, Geoff was appointed Centauri’s Chief Information Security Officer.


    Wendy Mills

    Facility Security Officer

    Wendy Mills brings over 16 years of professional security experience which includes oversight and compliance within government and commercial facilities in all aspects of both NISPOM and DoD Security Program Management. Prior to coming to Centauri she was a Facility Security Office (FSO) for a Fortune 500 corporation over-seeing the headquarters office and multiple cleared subsidiaries. She was responsible for the overall security program that entailed the oversight of thousands of personnel clearances, physical security, security classification and ensuring compliance was met throughout the corporation. She also served as a contractor Security Manager for a government agency within the Army. In her role as a Security Manager she was the principal advisor on all security matters within the security program to all staff and leadership. She focused on developing internal policies and procedures for protecting classified information, maintained physical controls and COMSEC compliance, oversight of the education program and personnel security. Through her experience volunteering in a mentorship program she comes to Centauri to help and train other companies and FSOs to maintain Government compliance for all aspects of their security program.


    Dennis Wilson

    Facility Security Officer

    A retired U.S. Air Force Veteran, Dennis joined Centauri in 2013 and brings over 30 years of Security Program administration where he served as a trusted advisor to senior management and executives, high-ranking government officials, and governing committees in support of DOD, United States Congress, FBI, DHS, Intelligence Community, and Industry. Dennis’ Industrial Security experience is efficiently building, tailoring and enhancing a security program for companies large and small and advising our clients, all while keeping them compliant with DoD Security Policy (NISPOM), the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). His experience and background provides a unique proposition value to clients, maintaining key relationships throughout the federal government, private industry, and the intelligence community in advancing security management policies and processes. He possesses a comprehensive knowledge of the Intelligence Community, DoD, Industrial, Intelligence Community and Congressional Security processes, directives and personnel security management systems as well as processes and policies for Defense Counterintelligence & Security Agency (DCSA), Defense Security Services (DSS), Facility Clearances (FCL), DSS Vulnerability Assessments, International Traffic in Arms (ITAR)//Export Controls as well as DFARS & NIST Compliance.


    Bob Dillard

    Cybersecurity Engineer

    More than 25 years’ experience supporting US Government agencies in the Information Assurance and Cyber Security and Computer disciplines. Principal focus supporting information system certification and accreditation (assessment and authorization) initiatives under the provisions of AISSM-200, DCID 6/3, and ICD 503 (RMF) within the Intelligence Community and DoD. US Government agencies supported include the Defense Intelligence Agency, National Reconnaissance Office, Central Imagery Office (now NGA), Federal Bureau of Investigation and Federal Aviation Administration. Bob provides expert support to commercial clients to attain and maintain compliance with DFARS 7012 and NIST SP 800-171 security requirements as a prerequisite for award of Department of Defense contracts.
