Cyber threats have become a global challenge, as foreign adversaries have increased their capabilities and have not hesitated to use them to attack networks and infrastructure both here and abroad. Centauri’s cyber capabilities are at the forefront of the security landscape, with a level of preventative, forensic, and diagnostic skills unmatched in the industry.
Our engineering and applications expertise helps government customers implement solutions that protect our critical infrastructure against threats from adversaries at every level. We go far beyond traditional network defense to build advanced solutions, offensive capabilities, and out-of-the-box approaches that proactively defend our national security systems. The Centauri cyber team applies its unique ingenuity to a wide variety of special programs to defend today and into the future.
Our Cyber Security Capabilities
Cyber Risk Management
Centauri provides independent assessors who serve as the technical security assessment arm of agency CIOs, delivering an unbiased security perspective on systems without a vested interest in the operations and maintenance of systems being assessed.
The compliance assessments identify security concerns in infrastructure, hosted systems, and networks within an operational environment, providing recommendations for remediation and mitigation to local authorities, national agencies, and system developers.
Machine Learning & AI
Through our support to the StarGazer program, we collect Space Situational Awareness data from geostationary satellites, and provide tracks and alerts on all satellites in real-time.
With machine learning, we are able to cluster our observations into groups and generate orbits and help separate out closely spaced objects that are flying in formations with other objects.
In the commercial sector, information security is paramount to protecting intellectual property, processes, and data to maintain a competitive advantage.
Centauri’s Commercial Security, Cybersecurity and Technology Control Services Team provides a wide range of personnel security, physical security, cybersecurity and export control service for small, medium and large companies.
Security Architecture and Design
Centauri supports the implementation and integration of Information Assurance policies, processes, and technologies to secure and safeguard the client's information environment.
By delivering policies and technical implementation guidance, Centauri enables consistent security controls for our customers. In addition, our security engineers develop security requirements and architecture planning for improved security, and conduct research and discovery of best practices to enhance the cybersecurity posture of agencies across the Federal Government.
Insider Threat Analysis
Centauri supports insider threat programs that require highly skilled analysts who can connect the dots and help leaders identify at-risk behavior in order to intervene before an incident occurs.
Centauri is uniquely poised to support any insider threat program by leveraging the cadre of professional analysts already providing real-time support to insider threat organizations across the nation.
