The ISO 9001:2015 Standard
Centauri has been an ISO 9001 quality certified organization since 2015. The ISO 9001:2015 standard is based on a number of quality management principles, including a strong customer focus, the motivation and commitment of top management, the identification and mitigation of risks and continual seeking of opportunities for improvement. The goal of the ISO 9001 quality certification is to ensure that Centauri’s Government and commercial customers receive consistently high-quality products and services.
Certification required that Centauri work closely with BSI – an accredited third party auditing organization – to thoroughly review the company’s internal quality management system processes to ensure we are capable of consistently delivering products and services that meet customers’ needs and expectations.

CMMI Maturity Level 3
Centauri is appraised at level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI). An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates that the organization is performing at a “defined” level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. The organization’s set of standards processes, which is the basis for maturity level 3, is established and improved over time.
